Crossbreed Energy is a subsidiary of Crossbreed Holding Company Ltd that works to bridge the trading relationship between major Oil Marketing Companies (OMC) with the capacity to import petroleum products and the non-importing OMC license holders who lack the capacity to import their own products.
Crossbreed has succeeded in syndicating a number of small OMC dealers in The Gambia to create a significant volume that it leverages to negotiate further price reduction for its clients.
Taking advantage of the strategic location of The Gambia, Crossbreed has been active in the re-export of petroleum products (AGO and PMS) to Mali and Guinea Bissau with plans to expand to other West African countries.
